Registration
Registration will be held Friday, August 8, 2008 at the West Bennett Memorial Park, 10446 Merrill Road, Whitmore Lake, MI 48189. All registration of teams MUST be done between the hours of 3-8 pm, even if you have a game on FRIDAY night. So please plan ahead. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

Entry Fee
An Entry Fee of $425 per teams (U9-U10), $450 per teams (U11-U12) or $475 (U13-U18) MUST accompany your application. Please make checks and money orders payable in U.S. funds, to the Hamburg Community Soccer Club. The entire entry fee will be returned if your team is NOT accepted. Once your team is accepted there will NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Application
A separate application for each team entering must be received no later than July 20, 2008. All entry fees must be received by the 2008 Hamburg Invitational Tournament Committee by July 30, 2008. Teams will be selected and scheduled based on their league and tournament records. Complete, accurate and current information regarding your team's history must be supplied on your application for division placement. All coaches must present proof at registration that they have or are in the process of receiving a risk management card is applicable; or a letter from their state USYS, US Club Soccer, or AYSO association. In addition, all teams must have a notarized medical release form for each player and permissions to travel forms are required for all teams outside MSYSA and must be received prior to participating in the Hamburg Invitational Tournament.

Divisioning
We will attempt to place teams of roughly equal ability together within a division, premier, select and recreation.

Red and Yellow Cards
All yellow cards will be reported to your league. If any player, coach, assistant coach or manager received a red card during the tournament and was not able to sit out the required game, the red card will be reported to your league.

Cancellations
In the event a team cancels prior to the start of the tournament, diligent attempts will be made to find a suitable replacement. If none can be found, the tournament committee will attempt to find a team a year younger or older to play an exhibition game. Such exhibition game will be treated as a 3-0 win for the affected team. If no team can be found, the affected team will receive a 3-0 forfeit.
